It’s not easy being green


(In response to Eating ethically)

Eat ethically (Cover story, April)? I don’t know whether to laugh or cry. First we were told to eat organically. Then locally. Now ethically. What happened to low-fatly? Or high-proteinly? Or just plain healthily? How about eating what you can afford? Or what you can get in the middle of winter in Cape Breton?
