Kirsten and Sharon: how can we help you?

Observer reps know Kirsten MacDonell, The Observer’s circulation manager, as the helpful person who handles subscription renewals, address changes, cancellations and additions (most of these subscription services are now also available this Web site). Congregations’ renewal dates are spread throughout the year, with a “due date” for every congregation. We know you’re busy, but if you’re running late, contact Kirsten to let her know.

New subscribers can be added any time (we’ll pro-rate the price); anyone dropping the magazine gets a final issue with a special wrapper with one more appeal to keep the magazine coming; and changes take up to two issues to go into effect. Kirsten is happy to hear from reps by phone, fax, e-mail or mail, but if she doesn’t, church-related subscriptions will be renewed automatically and invoices sent out.
