A subscription to the Observer makes a great gift for people who appreciate award-winning journalism.

Making a Gift Subscription is easy:

STEP 1: Provide YOUR name and address for the Observer's files, in case we need to contact you about this gift subscription (you will provide the gift recipient's information later, during payment).

STEP 2: Choose a subscription type*

STEP 3: Pay online. Secure online payment processing is provided by PayPal. Using a major credit card, you can make a one-time payment - you do not need to have a PayPal account.

If you prefer to order by phone using cheque, money order or credit card, please call the Subscription Department during regular business hours Mon-Fri (EST) at (416) 960-8500.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for the first issue to arrive to the gift recipient.

We regret that we are not able to send custom messages or gift wrapping with Gift Subscriptions. Please notify your gift recipient directly.

(* All subscriptions are for 1 year, are cited in Canadian dollars, and include all taxes and postage: $22 for gift recipient within Canada, or $30 for gift recipient outside Canada)
